Debug and do any necessary re-writes to a FULLY COMPLETED Ultimate++ Application

I have a program that I've written in Ultimate++, and it needs a little bit of debugging. The program itself is a simple program designed to open up a file, read in it's contents, and display them in an array control (like excel).

The entire program is finished, and it works (will provide all of the project files). However, the program crashes occasionally. The program is only 172 lines long.

Some re-writing would be in order, and if you see something that would be better changed then that would be welcome too (to make things run smoother).
