Small Program to Search & Replace Text in Files

I want a Multithreaded WinAPP to search files on local machine and replace text with a random synonym.
The files will be in a folder
The synonyms will be in a .csv file
Synonym Format > good credit,good credit|good credit score|favorable credit record|good credit rating|favorable credit|good credit rating
Will require a GUI
Enter path to Target Files [ .......... ]
Enter File extensions to find [ ........ ] ( default .htm or .html or .php or .asp )
Enter parameters to find [ ...... ] ( default <p>#</p>
Enter path to Synonyms [ .......... ]
START
The App should scan the Target files and look for text in .htm or .html or .php or .asp files.
In any matching text found between <p> ..... and ...... </p> replace words with random synonym
Example from above : If "good credit" found between <p> ..... and ...... </p> replace with random text from "good credit|good credit score|favorable credit record|good credit rating|favorable credit|good credit rating"
Visual progress function required :
On start check number of files to treat in target folder.
Show progress.

Minimise/Maximise/Exit
Pause/Resume/Stop Button
