i need a C## tool that processes live video from a camera.
The camera will point at a lighted screen which may play various videos.
A physical object, whose shape is not always the same, will be randomly moving around on top of the screen.
I need to identify the real time screen position of the moving object.
The position data is then made available to another application.

Use motion detection algorithm for this purpose. It could use MS DirectX DirectShow library which will retrieve the media from camera.
