40217 Dynamic desktop projector

I need to have a dynamic desktop projector developed. ====SEE ATTACHMENT FOR REQUIRMENTS (read carefully!)==== Projector should be prefferably developed in C++. I will have full rights to the projector and code. You must provide projector with all source files & code(commented) and any other documentation. YOU MUST be an experienced single programmer (no teams) and able to show examples of previous desktop projectors you have developed. Attention to detail and speed is vital! You should be contactable via messenger and phone during most hours of the day for support and advice. Upon my acceptence of bid I will give provide the full product requirements of this project. Sensible and descriptive bids only! Not "yes sir i can do it" or template replies etc. this indicates you haven't read my requirements correctly. If a good job is done then ongoing future work might be possible for the right candidate.
