smartcard job

The job is about a hardware smartcard device. I need somebody with smartcard experience and knowledge. Let me describe the situation:

In my country a hardware device is sold that can be used when parking your car on a paid spot. You can put this device in your car instead of throwing coins in the parking meter.

To use the device you buy a smartcard at the parking company. A smartcard contains lets say $25,-. When you're parking somewhere, you put the smartcard in the device, press a button, and pull the card from the device: eh voila, you can park. The next time you put your card in the device, the amount is substracted from your smartcard.

A friend of mine gave me a dummy smartcard with electronics and a battery on it. This dummy fakes a real smartcard: when the device asks for the card, I put the dummy in it, press the button: eh voila, the amount gets extracted from the dummy card.

I need someone who can make me another dummy card: by himself, or simply by copying the one I have.
