Screecap to Webcam application

Hello.

First, this project must be done in Visual C++ 6.0 and contain ALL source and any components that are used to compile I will need.

I will need to be able to re-work this later, re-compile it, etc, so if I have questions, I want someone I can simply ask a small build question to within reason, so this should be included with the projects price. Only questions that lead to me completing the compile process, I don't want help developing something, just compiling it so I can "Brand" it for other companies with maximum security on them not removing the branding I add. (Such as a .ini file they can modify, that wouldn't work, I want it compiled in.)

I am working with a company who has a chat application (Flash Based) that can use Web-Cam's to send video streams. I would like a small application that the users can install, that will "Emulate" a web-cam on the users desktop, driver and all, like you just plugged in a real webcam, but have it truly be a constant video feed of their desktop.

The application will need the following features,

- Installs easily

- Must have full source code so that I can modify later and compile

later in Visual C++ 6.0 on Windows XP SP2.

- When launched, I would like a "Splash Screen" to popup w/ a

image in it, that says "Loading" for 3 seconds. I want to be able

to update this image.

- The dialog's that pop up on the properties panel, I want to have

a small logo aswell that I can update. Just placed at the top of

the properties panel.

- Must have a tray icon with right click access. This icon will change

with the status of the "desktop-cam"

- When right clicked, it must have the following options

- Enable / Disable Webcam

- This will turn the icon from one icon to

another, depending on if the webcam is

active or not.

- Screencap Properties

- Window Size: (1280x1024,1024x768, 800x600,

640x480, 320x240, 240x180)

- Optimize Quality: XXXkb/s (For dialup and what

not) this will let them tone down the settings

so it doesn't send as large of a data feed.

But the highest would give crystal clear results.

- About our company

- This would need to be a simple paragraph of text

that I could modify with a URL at the bottom that

is clickable that I can modify and a small copyright

info that I can modify. I will be compiling from

source, so I can modify the c files themselves.

The right click menu's will consist of only "Enable/Disable", "Properties", and "About".

Everything that follows each of those menu's is explaining what options you will see and/or have when you click on that item.
