I would like an add-on built that will allow a player to rate fellow players. After the rating takes place on a Graphical interface I would like the add-on to database the infromation.
Once the information is data-based I would like the add-on to preform some in-game functions.
Database features:
1. Extend the Ignore and Friend feature of the Blizzard U.I.
2. Share Ignore lists across Alts (other characters) and across "same" server to other players.
3. Add to the Friend feature a categorical list of Highest rated and class type.
4. Add to the G.U.I information on the character in question (1.# of times grouped with, 2. Time last grouped with, 3. and rating.)
Graphical User Interface or GUI Features:
1. Multi-feature multi-tabbed window, with options tab, texture editing, and font editing.
2. 3d expression of character being rated.
3. Ability to rate an entire Guild.
4. Slide bar rating features along with check box questions.
5. A clear feature that will reset all values.
Rating Math and Features:
1. Scale from 1-159
2. The rating from multiple players will be added together then averaged once per day so that the add-on does not sit and compute repeated numbers causing in-game latency. With a manual upload so you can compute after adding someone new.
3. An adjustable amount set by the user to judge when someone goes on there Ignore list. Along with a set standard of bellow 20 Automatic Ignore.
4. The most one person can lower someones rating is 9 and the most they can improve someones rating is 5.
5. A standard starting value of 50 to start, with a way that someone can not edit the .LUA file or change this starting setting or manipulate someones rating.
Auto Features:
1. If your a group leader the add-on scans invited players and if they are on the Ignore list it will auto respond to them, something like (I am using the Mod "MOM" you are on the ignore list I am unable to group with) then the add-on will auto remove them.
2. options to whisper or announce in party and or raid chat the auto-response.
3. If you are not the leader and you join a group it will scan the players including any added while your in the group. If a player is found on the ignore list or someone who joins is on the ignore list. The add-on will announce in Party and or raid chat something like this (ATTENTION!!!! I am using the Add-on "MOM" {insert name here} is on my ignore list I am unable to group with them my add-on will remove me in in 60 seconds please remove this person so that I am able to group with you!) Then the Add-on will start a timer that is announced in party and or raid chat (leaving in 60 seconds, 30 seconds, 10 seconds, 5,4,3,2,1 I'm sorry I am unable to group with you all Good luck!) the mod will then auto remove you from the group.
Well that should be detailed enough to get a competent bid the small details and tweaking can be worked out after I accept your bid.
If you have ever made a Warcraft add-on let me know you will get priority on my list. Please don't bid the max unless you really feel it necessary I would like to give you more if you improve on my ideas or give me a really cool graphical interface something of that nature.
I will pay above your bid if that's the case but it will be harder if the bid is already at the max amount.
I have uploaded if it works all the current add-on's if it doesn't upload I can give you the links were you can get them. Almost all the features are in one of these mods if you can take the code mesh the add-on's in a way that works great. I think most if not all are open source you should be able to copy code with no issues. you can check the file for licensing information easy enough.
An accepted bid will "REQUIRE" a full working Demo so that in-game testing by me and my friends can take place.
Please note also if your bid is in the higher end I will require audio and flash features.
