Digitalize supply pipes and -lines

For an bigger Project I need some help. I need someone that could digitalize supply pipes an lines in the projectarea. The plans from the suppler such as Telekom, gas and electricity are availabe as PDF files. I attaches some of them to the project. The basis drawing is an AutoCAD drawing (dwg-file) (Version 2016). The supply pipes should be digitalized as Polylines. The only labeling which is needed would be the pipematerial and the diameter. Exception is telekom and electricity, the is no labeling necessary. Both the polylines and the labeling should be on the same layer. there are four supply types: water, gas, electicity and comunication. The whole length of the projectarea is about 1,5 km. The basis Plan is also attached to the project.
The fileattachments of the supplyers were only a example. The following one are the whole job. There is also an PDF called "result" thats how the supplyers should be digitalized. In the result PDF there is an site plan on the left corner. The mangenta, green and other lines are the supplyers. This is what i need. At the the electricity PDF's there is only page 3 important.
