3d Car Animation

We are looking for an animation company with a proven track record. You must be able to provide the highest quality work and be able to show samples of what you ahve done. At this satge pleae provide an indicative bid. An nda can be signed and we can provide further details. We require a interactive 3D style presentation to run from CD. The objective is to provide a virtual experience to the user. The animation is based upon the exterior and interior of a car generic car with the user in the position of the driver approaching and entering the car. We do not need a "virtual persion" in the animation We then provide a changing environment to the user which will enable us to present new "features" to the user Possibility to select the environment (location) Day or night Possibility to steer the camera around the car and over the top Go in the vehicle Occupant perspective Driver / passenger Look around / fixed viewpoints The car will change as new features are displayed. We cannot tell you what the features are at this stage. The CD will be used by sales people to demonstrate the "new Features" From a presenation point of view we need. Text dropdowns Simple, descriptive Tabs Benefits Facts Linked features History? Customisable links to external information, studies, presentations, etc

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
