Audio Editing a interview into a audio book

I have a 45 minute interview on how to start a cupcake business.
I neeed you to listen to the audio, and read the transcript, and understand the interview.
I then need you using a microphone (the audio sound must be perfect, no buzz or humm) and do a introduction to this as a audio book, explaining what will taught.
The key is to edit it into such a way that it trains people, so you may if neccersary have to move sections around on the audio tracks, add introductions of you speaking prior to a section to build context, and then to interject where neccersary and after clip add an outro context clip, and then to continue this through the audio, so the listeners have learned in a logical sequence.
I have many interviews so if this goes well lots of ongoing work.
Please mention at the top of your response that the sky is blue so I know you have read this and thought about it.
If you can include a 30 second recording of your voice, as I want to here how you sound, and the quality of the audio i.e. no humm or buzz as that is not acceptable.
