VBScript (ASP) code to query mySQL database and render data in Google Chart

We are looking for a VBscript coder (ASP) to implement a graph for us with mySQL as a database and based on Google charts.
The database has a simple structure:
Table

UID, EVENT_DATE, IP, EVENT, DESCRIPTION
----------------------
UID int(11) PK
EVENT_DATE timestamp
IP varchar(20)
EVENT varchar(20)
DESCRIPTION varchar(255)
The graph needs to plot for each type of event the number of unique records per day (a unique record is a combination of IP and EVENT - so multiple entries for same IP and EVENT should be counted as one) On a mouseover on a graph it should show the value of for that event and specific data.
Type of graph: [url removed, login to view]
Size of graph: 800px by 200px
Y scale: number of events
X scale: date
Freelancer will be given remote access to the mySQL database to program against it.
