I have a web app which will (among other things) be used for collecting customer satisfaction data. Workflow for the sales people is:
1. They log into the app with their username
2. Under Poll menu they see A LIST of all the contacts where they are the author.
3. They call the customer by phone and ask them a few predetermined questions (as defined by admin). They key in the answers.
The author of this function of the app was unable to finish the programing as necessary.
Currently the LIST mentioned in point 2 shows a line for each product on each contract (this is the format of the table which contains a list of all finished deliveries. (example below).

This way the system expects a poll completed for each product for each contract – for contract number 100 in the above example, the app will expect three polls to be completed (for products A, B and C).
I would like to change this so that only one poll per contract is required in the app. Once poll answers are saved, this contract should not appear in the list anymore.
I need this modification made in the app and your help to deploy on my server after finished.
Attached is the original request for the function which has not been finished correctly (most of the request is already finished, just need the final modification). The attached file is just for reference, to explain the function of the app, not the task itself.
