On a dial-up connection, here are few example download speeds:-
1) from homepage, if you click on GO - 8 seconds to download
2) from homepage, type in accountant - 49 seconds
3) /homepage/location dropdown/select Auckland - 15 seconds
4) from homepage, type in Auckland - 15 seconds
5) from homepage, type in SBA - 61 seconds
my requirements:-
1) average download speed to be 3 seconds max. for any search query.
2) if the bidder is successful in achieveing the same, another directory to be developed shall be awarded as well.
request
1) plz be honest if what i expect is achievable and if there are any intricacies / technicalities involved let me know
2) only bid if you are SURE to achieve my requirement.
3) if i am being too unrealistic, let me know what's the best you can achieve.
