Please go to administration system [url removed, login to view]

This is a new version of already existing administration system.

1) logout link to be made functional.

Please make user enter user name & password before [url removed, login to view] loads.

(Please create page with user name and password, with logo in top left corner of page).

2) Please make 'add head office' & 'add office' links function.

(Please make sure that data is saved onto database for both head offices and offices. For offices, please make sure that they are linked to the head office. Programmer will be able to copy this from existing administration system).

3) save button to be made functional, so that head office or office data is saved onto database.

4) Please type in box 'search bank': ABC International Bank.

Then press the search button to the right, and click on the Milan office of the bank in search results.

Save button to save in one go all edits, adds and deletes to contacts that have been made to the bank on display.

This includes the 'delete' tick boxes listed down the page.

EG:

If the 'delete' tick box is ticked on line of contact, then when 'save' is pressed the contact will be deleted. If 'delete' tick box is ticked next to division, business line, department or team, then it will be deleted when 'save' is pressed.

If user clicks on 'edit' (situated on same line as contact), then any changes to the drop down boxes or boxes here need to save onto the database.

If user clicks on 'edit' (situated on same line as contact), and then clicks on 'address', please make contact physical & postal address appear underneath, without page reloading, allowing the user to edit if necessary. If 'address' is clicked again, the contact address disappears again.

5) Red 'delete' link to work at top of page. When this is clicked, the head office or office displaying is deleted from database. Please display message:

Are you sure you wish to delete (bank name) in (city/suburb name)?

If yes is clicked, bank is deleted. If no is clicked, the message disappears.

6) First, previous, back to results, next & last links at top of page to be made functional.

7) 'records xx to xx' boxes to be made functional. EG: if user enters 30 to 50 in these boxes, the computer will display in search results records 30 to 50 from database. Please also make these boxes work with the drop down box 'select region' and 'select country'. EG: if user selects region Europe, and enters records 30 to 50, and presses search, the computer will display in search results records 30 to 50 in europe only.

This function to work with both search buttons (for banks and contacts).

8) Please make 'update detail 1, 2 & 3' & 'offices' clickable. When clicked, a new window opens and loads the address that is contained in the box to the right of them.
