Travel writers required from across the globe

I need travel guides with hints and tips for cost cutting. The articles will be for different cities and countries across the globe, therefore I want a good selection of writers.
Writers needed from North America, South America, , Africa, Middle East, South East Asia and Africa.
Payment will be $1.50 for each 500 words article, format will be shared with selected candidates only. If you would like to showcase your city to the world and are agreeable to the terms then only bid.
New freelancers are also welcome, good opportunity to build your reputation.
DO mention your specified country or countries that you can write about. If these match my requirement I will write back.
QUALITY is top most criteria in terms of being well researched, grammatically correct, unique content (pass Copyscape) and good usage of English language. Second criteria is budget which is also important.
Please provide sample of your work (preferably related to travel) so I can evaluate before selecting.
Topics will be provided to selected writer and articles will have to Permanent long term work is available for quality writers.
