Write a 1400 word feature article

Hi, I need a 1400 word count article for submission to a magazine with a couple of 150-200 word sideboxes. I have all the content in my head and need some help writing it. In effect I need the writer to interview me based on the article guidelines, then write it and I will edit it. Its a leadership / HR article being written for an HR magazine. I have about 10 of these coming up (just launched a book, and writing another book, so seriously don't have the bandwidth to write articles...). The writer HAS TO HAVE english as a first language and a proven track record. I want to see one good sample. I will only accept submissions from USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, South Africa and Australia. This a is a high end job for a C-Level audience. I need high quality and fast turnaround. Due date for submission of article is 2 January. I want to start this week. If you do this article well, I will contract you for another 10 and as my next book comes online another 20-30.
