Angular JS project - Leads data management page

Hi,
I have an existing Angular JS project. I need you to create a new page in it to manage the data in my "leads" table.
Following features are required
1. Display all the records
2. Update an existing record
3. Delete a record - based on some conditions
4. Pagination, Filtering, Sorting should be implemented
The project uses Metronic Responsive Angular Template. You need to continue using the same. The data should be accessed via API call. There will be no direct access to database. The database is Postgresql. the page should be fully responsive.
