A stand alone program is required to monitor an OHS safety management system.

This is a "work-for-hire" arrangement.
Payment terms – 25% when program ready for end-user acceptance testing
60% on end-user sign-off
15% 60 days after end-user sign-off
Please note – there will be around 2 weeks delay from each stage to when you receive payment due to end user’s accounts payable procedures.
I can arrange 10% to be placed in escrow before the project begins as down payment.
Support requirements – 60 days phone and e-mail support from end-user sign-off
12 months e-mail support from end-user sign-off.
You will need to be available "real-time" sometime during Sydney, Australia business hours (9 am to 5 pm, GMT +10) during the development and initial support phase.
Your English will need to be reasonable. Most contact will be with me as project manager via e-mail and Messenger but there may be occasions when you will need to speak directly to end-users.
