We have a cashback discount module installed on our site. However we are unable to assign cashback values manually to a customers account. To explain, we had a typical loyalty reward points system installed which we have deactivated, however we want to assign cashback equivalent to those earnt points and add them to the customers account page. Currently the module has no capability to do this and we are hoping that an SQL expert can take our listing of customer ID and the associated cashback value and insert it into the relevant cashback table so that that value is displayed and is available to spend on the site.

Hi guys. We are running elasticsuit with magento 2.3.6 on our site. Yesterday for some unknown reason all catalog_product indexes were reset and because of that the site isn't showing any products at all. We've already tried reinstalling elasticsuite, deleting all indexes and creating them manually, of course we tried reindexing , upgrading , we even deleted an extension we recently installed to check if that could have caused the error but nothing helped. I'm looking for an elasticsuite expert that can give me a hand with this as I am running out of ideas on what to try to get the site back showing products again. Anyone free to help?
