Simple phone app for Android/IOS. I have a one page form that our customers fill out. I want to make it into an app. Currently the customer comes to pay us in person, fills out the form and we archive it physically. We want that we will give the customer a tablet instead of a piece of paper and they will fill out the form and sign it as well with their signature (with their finger). The information will then be saved into a google sheet where I can run reports on the data. I have a basic google sheet/google form that does most of this but I want more customization.
