I've updated the description and clarified that the guaranteed amount will apply to the DESIGN ONLY. I will spend additional $ to get it coded and to get the WordPress theme constructed after we have a winning design. Please design with the intent that this will be coded as a Wordpress theme by yourslef or I'll seek another designed on Freelancer afterwards. Sorry for any confusion.

Hello keithyoung2005: will you want the website design to be responsive to view it on mobile phones and tablets?
Because going to full screen size without a responsive design plan for mobile maybe is odd for a company that is in comunications...
Can you provide some examples of the widgets that you will embed on the design to screencopy them and use it as placeholder on design? Thanks for your patience :)

CH, better you edit brief description & make it to only designer, ( after you can hire dedicated word press coder, It may cost you $250 -$300 dollar to convert design psd to wordpress theme ) otherwise you will not get design entries here...
