Web Designer needed - READ FULL JOB POST BEFORE APPLYING!

Requirements:
1) Full-time freelancer.
2) Pure HTML, CSS, SCSS code (No bootstrap or any other framework)
3) SVG basic animations.
4) Indian.
5) Need to do basic design changes in the Figma file also (only minor).
6) Pixel perfect design, every font size and spacing.
7) HTML and CSS should be commented.
8) Mention "CREATIVE" at the start of your cover letter or your proposal will not be accepted.

If the work will be good. I can double or triple the price in the form of tip.
