Re-design a current logo and give it a more modern look

Hi, i think what your logo is lacking from a modern logo is something that makes your logo unique, something with strengh that people can remember. On my design i tried to mantain the font as well as the identity you already made with it, so i just changed the arrows and made a new one that could be your new identity! something people can remmeber easily with out loosing all those already know your name and logo.
