Here is my suggestion for a logo. Obviously the text can be customized - I did not gather from your brief what name you would like to appear in the logo. Logo shape can also be further refined if chosen. I would appreciate if you give me feedback on this entry, thanks! :)

Hi Elihin, my idea of the logo is the shape of the high heel I posted on the project, you can change a bit of the content in it, I want "WILL" and "Women In Leadership" in the logo. Your design looks great, but it is just not what we want. you are quite talented by the way!

To explain the rationale here: I am combining a traditional feminine color (pink) with gray, which represents responsibility and dependability (often a sorporate color). The woman figure in centered and tallest to represnt leadership. Bottom line message: women can lead and do not have to lose their femininity to do it.
