This is a drought voice over, just for reference :) If my animation wins, I will hire a professional voice actor to do the voice. Just now I can afford to pay him, without knowing am I going to win or not. I hope this voice is ok for you to judge the quality of animation. Thank you!

great start. you are in the running. Top 3. looking forward to the full animation. please delete this part of the script; such as PE ratios, rental yields, vacancy rates, CPI, unemployment figures, and dividend yields just to name a few. While these factors can and will influence asset values they have very little to do with making money.
