Dear Sir, I'd like to present my next entry. In this one I've added two options for the newsau banner and the forumsau banner which you mentioned as the clear winner :). I didn't do much change to the overall layout since I felt that you pretty much like it but any changes are possible. Hope you like them. Once again it's time to keep the fingers crossed. :) :).
