Kilpailun tehtävänanto

In this small work package, I need two pieces of work:
1. Graphics being a text with dripping blood effect with two logos somehow incorporated (attached to the contest). Google 'text dripping blood effect' to get an idea on what I expect. The text itself is very short, I actually need 4 text options:
- FIRM
- FIGR
- MRLR
- ICS
These are all capital letters and I assume there will be one design with 4 different texts. This graphics will be printed on different surfaces, marketing gadgets like t-shirts, posters, cups.
2. Logo design for a team of 8 people. I'm open to suggestions here, but this is the direction of what is expected:
- I'm providing miniature pictures for all team members, they need to show up in the logo - this is a must
- it's all about the teamwork, being helpful and team spirit
- one idea from my side - maybe concept of all hands holding together, like in attached example
- also it doesn't have to be very business serious, funny ideas are also welcome, maybe theme of power rangers could be used
Something which applies generally - don't consider licensing, using logos, brands etc. since this is not a commercial project, it's for private use.
