- Your first medication shipment is also included if approved for treatment. (Medication & treatment is NOT guaranteed. the patient must be a qualified canidate for TRT in order to be prescribed a treatment plan.)

The $135.00 monthly fee covers the following:

- monthly fee starts on 2nd month. $299 first month, and $135 each additional month.
-(5) shipments per year of testosterone/cypionate (200mg/mL 10mL vial), syringes/swabs, shipping, & (*only shipped as needed* up to (24) anastrozole* per order*).
Shipments are sent every ~8- weeks, with a ~10-week supply shipped at a time based on .25CC 4-times a week. (Indivudal dosage can vary) Pharmacy delays are possible, so we strive to ship ~2 weeks prior to your medication running out.
