DON'T BE AFRAID TO POST A LAYOUT MOCKUP 1ST, TO GET MY FEEDBACK IF YOU GOT IT RIGHT, OR IF YOU MISSED SOMETHING IMPORTANT.
I'M IN WEBSITES DESIGN FOR MORE THAN 16 YEARS, I UNDERSTAND THAT MOCKUPS CAN SAVE A LOT OF TIME FOR ALL OF US.

My client asked only for PSD, but in my opinion static HTML that will easily blend with their existing website www.oriel.io could be an option too. I'll clarify this with my client.
I'm attaching part of the email I just sent to my client, I hope this is the way you wanted to go ;-)
"Freelancers keep asking me if you want only a PSD. Would it be an option for you to get static HTML with all the images? The outcome will look similar to http://liders.motylonline.sk/ which (hopefully) can make the job even easier for your team."

"Would be great if they can provide HTML, but I thought saying that would be restrictive as some designers would be fine with PSD but not HTML/CSS. So to answer, I would be happy to get HTML if they provide it."

  TO MAKE IT EASIER, I'LL COPY IT HERE:

  The idea is that the user will need to be able to scroll through the screen shots for each of the sections as shown and see what our software offers and should also have a placeholder for textual explanation like shown in the examples.
  
  This is the piece that needs to most intuitive UI/UX as we are keen for our potential customer to scroll through what we have so as they can see what we offer in comparioson to our competition.
  
  So Each Section should have.
  1. A headline
  2. A sub-heading
  3. An explanation paragraph
  4. Up to 5 screen shots and also a placeholder / location for explainer text for the screen shots.
  
  User should be able to click through what we have to show in the sections like a mini slide show.
  
  Open to ideas here on how these four sections are presented.
  
  Screen shots been made for the final landing page will be based on 1366 * 768 pixel ratio.

  The goal of our landing page is to have people, more precisely, owners of wordpress powered sites, sign up with their email address, domain and a password to get our free wordpress plugin"
  
  In other words, the visitor of this page needs to be tempted to register to be able to use the free wordpress plugin - that's the goal - to convert a visitor to registered customer.

  Hi, whatever suits you best. I've included the design mockup only to give you a better idea of how it could look like. What we need is:
  1. The look of this landing page must fit the look of original website www.oriel.io (this landing page will be added to the menu of original website)
  2. We need to "educate" visitors about the functionality (please see the project description + www.oriel.io for full details)
  3. The most important thing we need is to convince visitor to register to get access to the wordpress plugin (in other words, the "call to action" must be clearly visible and visitor must be tempted to register)
