Responsive webpage design for an exsiting layout (romain catholic church)

Hello I attached the latest design. I uploaded a desktop version, a medium screen version a small screen with the collapsed menu and also a closeup of the open mobile menu. The transition is as follows the main desktop menu hides when we get to the small mobile screen and the top navigation bar becomes visible and contains the links. Also the welcoming message will no longer display in the body of the page but in the top navigation bar. I can deliver the design in any color requested I can eve prepare css sheets that can be used based on specified variables and conditions for easy transition. Thank you for your consideration.
