PLEASE USE THE ATTACHMENT LOGO#3 V1 AS THE LOGO DESIGN AND JUST MAKE THE REQUESTED CHANGES AND IMPROVEMENTS AS SPECIFIED BELOW.

I am seeking a designer to refine and improve a draft of my new company's logo. The focus of the improvements will be on:

- Color adjustments to better suit our brand/industry
- Font/illustration modifications to match our professionalism and simplicity
- Layout rearrangement for better overall visual appeal

The key message I want our optimized logo to convey is a mix of professionalism and simplicity with a nod to the construction/maintenance work industry.

Ideal candidates for this project should have a proven track record in logo design, a keen eye for color and layout adjustment, and the ability to incorporate a business's core values into the design particularly with incorporating illustrations into letters. Understanding the nuances of font choice is a plus. Show me you can take a draft logo and elevate it to its full potential.

Example 1 depicts the simplicity of design that I llike.
Example 2, I admire for the addition of the illustration and the bold colour.
Logo#3 V1 is the actual logo which I would like to improve on. What I am looking for:
- The building behind the house needs to be of the same simplistic font/design of the house (you can remove the busyness of the windows in the building so long as it still resembles a commercial building).
- The T in Theo needs to be turned into a sophisticated illustration of a jackhammer
- I would like two versions of the logo. One that includes the words Commercial.Industrial.Residential and the bottom and one without.
- You may use the example colour pallet examples I have provided or chose another fitting colour pallet for the construction industry, so long as there's a nice bold contrast between the colours.
- You can change the font to something more suited to the c9onstruction industry (maybe something more solid and rugged but still sophisticated).
