Thank you for your interest. I am submitting for assistance in creating a logo for a probate real estate services company. The name of the business is "Probate PNW".

Probate is the process in which the possessions of a person who has recently diseased are distributed to the heirs. In those instances when the person who has passed owned real estate we help prepare the property for sale and ultimately get it sold. We offer other related services to aid in the process as well but this is our primary value offering.

I would like a very simple, clean, professional, sophisticated logo. Potentially, it can be somewhat stylized but not too much so. I want the name to be the predominant focus of the logo although I am open to some type of graphic somewhere beside, above or integrated in the lettering.

This logo will be used on my website, business cards, promotional materials and direct mail. I'm envisioning dark neutral tones or blues in the logo but am open.

*I like the logos I've seen so far but would like to see more without the houses.
