I'm looking for someone who can create a patent style illustration of a person and potentially multiple people. This is just an initial job, but after the first, I'm potentially looking for someone consistently.

What I would like:
- Convert the person listed below into a patented style poster. (No need to illustrate the surroundings.)
- 2 styles: tan background with black ink & black background with white chalk/ink.
