I'm seeking a freelancer to create a 4x4 inch "No Vape No Smoke" sign.

- Requirements:

• Design a professional "No Vape No Smoke" sign
• Size of the sign: 4x4 inches
• - make sure the cutline is a different layer
- Plotting and vector cut line
- two cutlines should be there on this file
- one with 2mm space between logo and cutline
- one just along the edges
- 2 files one with dimensions displayed other with artwork and cut contour lines.
- Should be able to change color of each element in file with just click and fill.
- Text should be editable (words, font and color)
