I need the attached logo created as a vector graphic. I do not want to reuse any part of the image, I want it newly recreated. I want the fonts to match perfectly and a better US flag to go with it. Same colors, just recreated it in to a more professional logo.

I need to clarify, I want a copy of the original logo, exactly the same but clearer and and as a vector.

Check out the second attachment. You guys need to make the font right on the top. You are curving it too much. Also, I expect the text to be a font, not a graphic so don't touch up the original image.
