I'm looking for a logo designer to design an awesome logo for "Three Olives".

Three Olives has a number of activities in which it is involved:
1. Curing, flavoring and selling olives in bottles as "Three olives"
2. Operating an upmarket guest house under "Three Olives Guest House"
3. Performing catering services to a training facility's attendees. "Three Olives Catering"

The logo design should comply to:
1. Be printed in full color, black and white (for laser cutting of logo) and in grey scale
2. Be distinct and recognizable even when viewed from afar.
3. Modern with a hint of realism
4. Web friendly

The end product should be in the format:
1. high resolution png files with transparent background. Full color, b/w and grey scale
2. pdf file with Vector based image. Full color, b/w and grey scale
