  Giving a one star review was mend as a hint that somewhere deep buried in the design idea, there MIGHT be a design that could work. Obviously is was in the current state nowhere near even a 3 star, let alone a 4 or 5 star review. Some other designs were very quickly rejected because I saw nothing in the idea, and did not wanted to waste the designers time any further. And some designs were simply rejected (also very fast) because the did not follow the directions in the design brief.
