Need a logo for my website SafetyServices.ca - COMPLETELY OPEN TO FRESH ORIGINAL IDEAS...

I am thinking of three construction workers icon vector 3d (wearing helmets and with three thumbs up) on left side then a line " | " Then the word "Safety" then "Services" under (Stacked) that then ".Canada"

Just trying to show what I am thinking... not sure it will look good once posted.

The logo needs to be fresh and pop off the page - looking cool (very important).

Need final files in Black and White versions both PNG, JPG, and a Favicon

Ownership of designs will transfer to me at the end of the project. - open to fresh ideas.

Hoping to find someone with great skills and needing something cool for your portfolio - will provide amazing feedback for designer chosen.
