We are a financial advising office that is looking for a design for our 9 page introduction kit. We have all the content which is attached. We will be printing these documents and putting them in the folder that is already designed and attached as you can see. We overnight this introduction kit to any potential client’s house that wants to schedule a meeting with us. This is the first thing they receive from us as a prospective client and we want it to be classy and creative and have similar aspects to our other marketing materials. We like how currently we have the pages staggered and think that make it looks unique and inviting to read. We are open to any types of cuts or design that makes it a unique and inviting document. Also, we are ok with the biographies not being on letterhead and matching the design of the introduction kit. We are also open to the letter being cut differently so it doesn’t take up one whole side of the folder even if it was a 10X4 inch document.. we are completely open to ideas.

Currently on the left side the letter is on top and then our bios are behind it and on the right side the three documents are staggered as you will see. With this new one we were thinking maybe the ‘who we’re best suited for’ document could be either split into a couple documents or all on one on the left side, the team approach, client experience, and wealth management process could go on the right side with the bios behind that. Like I said we are completely open to ideas but just what we were leaning towards.

Hello Sir. The document said to include bios, but there are no bios in the files, then there are no photos to include as asked to include in the doc file. Do you just want the five page designs as template so that you can include the other information later? Or you're asking for a complete catalogue? I'm a bit confused with the instructions. It be very kind if you could clear out the confusions.

Hi, I can see five pages in the intro kit document and the fourth saying insert 4 bios...no bios. I don't understand this project properly. Do you just want the five pages designed? After that, do you will include the bios in the folder? Do you want we use the letter blank template? or design a new one letter? I'll be grateful if you can solve these doubts. Kind regards.
