Improve design and content for 3 Client Emails

We are looking for a freelance designer and content writer to improve the design and content of 3 prospective client (Prospect) emails. The emails are automatically sent over the course of 5 days starting immediately after a Prospect completes a registration form. The intent of the emails is to inform Prospects about JCards, its features and how it can help their business. The main goal of the emails is to promote the Download of the JCards App if the Prospect has not already done so.

I have attached the 3 current emails for your review also please review the JCards website www.jcards.com.au

Standardised Headers and footers are important in building brand awareness and we are comfortable with the current design of the email headers but will also consider your creative proposals.

Specific improvements I would like to see include:
1) Improved visual layout within the body of the email to make the overall presentation more visually appealing and user-friendly
2) More engaging and persuasive language to captivate the readers and encourage them to take action to download the JCards App.
3) Assess and adjust the balance between word content and Visual content
4) Design uniformity across all emails

Skills and experience required for this project:
 Strong design skills with experience in email design and layout
 Proficiency in graphic design software and tools
 Knowledge of branding guidelines and ability to incorporate them into the email design
 Excellent writing skills with experience in persuasive and engaging copywriting
 Ability to understand and effectively communicate updates and news to clients
 Understanding of Hubspot email template creation is preferred but not essential
 Experience in creating working emails is preferred but not essential
