Attached is a style of shield i need

Requirements are

must go with site http://www.noblehire.com/tester.html theme which is based on knights of the round table.

CANNOT be designed where you cant read on inside of shield because there will be text on inside and on middle of ribbon a selector of yes or no. Example Graphic Design will be on inside of shield and then yes and no button on ribbon you click if you can do it that is the end goal.

I am looking for creativity and unique

Parameters 300 x 400 px ideally vector, end file is png and trasparent background so shield and ribbon only nothing around it.
