My website (www.myreferrals.in) is a job portal. You can have a look on it. I want to replace 1st banner
i require a very elegant and professional 1st homepage banner for it(1930*470 pixel) and FB cover photo(831*315 pixel).
Banner should be inspired by the website theme.

2) Hub of Referral Jobs
3) Finding Referral jobs at one place was never so easy !!!

Website Theme :
Employees working in different IT companies will act as referrer.
1) They will post their companies internal job openings on our website
2) in this way, our website is a hub of referreal jobs from various companies.
3) Candidates can search and apply to those job on our website.
4) Once candidate apply, referrer will get his resume and forward in his company.
5) if candidate get selected, referrer will get referral reward.
