I need a 3 fold leaflet for my holiday property. Please include the photos attached and the following info.

Number 91 is s modern bungalow, situated in the middle of the park. It has 2 bedrooms 1 twin and 1 double, a bathroom with a large shower enclosure, kitchen diner with table 4 chairs and lounge area with 2 sofas.
At the front of the Bungalow is a patio area with a picnic bench. The sun is on the patio area from early morning to late into the evening. The Bungalow has an allocated parking space for one car right outside the property.
