I'm seeking a redesign for the facade of my HOTEL building with an emphasis on improving its aesthetics.

The hotel has a tall ground floor with 3 restaurants food-court, and 4th restaurant is on the mezzanine floor, 2nd and 3rd floors are function halls, 5,6,7 are for hotel rooms

Key Points:
- The current facade requires color scheme, texture, and architectural elements enhancement.
The ENTRANCE and 2nd, 3rd floor front portion needs a complete redesign

- The new design should focus on bold and vibrant colors to create an engaging and visually appealing exterior.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of facade redesigns, particularly focusing on aesthetics.
- Proficiency in utilizing bold and vibrant color schemes to create eye-catching designs.
- Understanding of architectural elements and how they contribute to overall aesthetics.

      Ground floor is around 18 to 20 ft, rest floor are around 9-10 feet

      The total height allowed is 70 ft , The terrace height is not counted for permissions
