No app name in logo, tilted scale, shield or circle(seal), and non-aggressive fist. two+ colors.
I want a logo like image MiLeygxLT.jpeg (similar color, non-threatening, official, friendly)

The logo design should communicate official, authoritative and friendly..
colors suggestions (white, silver, black, blue)
