-have cut line on separate layer around the image

Now a little about project.
the dragons eye needs to be in the middle where the Apple logo is. Image needs to be full color. You don't have to show full dragon's head, it can be close up image.
See attached image as reference. That's how the image has to show, but instead of Iron Man I want dragons head and where the apple logo is - the dragons eye needs to shine when computer is turned on.
