I am looking for a 2 sided door hanger brochure for our irrigation company. It has to contain our logo which I have attached here. I would also like it to be editable by photoshop as well for future edits. We want the design to incorporate grass, sprinklers, or landscaping in some way. It also needs to be double sided.

We would like it to say: Save time and money by installing an underground irrigation system. We are offering 20% on any new installation which includes your first fall winterization of your system (a $85.00 value).
