Hi, here is my entry. I think I have followed your instructions and the plan as closely as possible to create this rendering. Unfortunately I saw this contest about 20 hrs ago so this is a little rushed. I can add in more details and create a much better image if given more time. Please let me know if you like where this is going and I'll provide you with dropbox links to a better render by Monday.
