Design for one screen app. the expected result is a design (iA, PS, sketch) file not an application screen

the current screen is attached

As in the attached image, It is a one screen app where users enter numbers in two text fields and then by pressing a button in the middle it will show a number in the third text field,
I want to have an islamic pattern in the background image and some decoration in the upper box,

the decoration in the upper box should shape an edge like the other attached image, so that I can make the distance between the decorated edges flexible.
