Design me a funny instruction manual for frisbee and ultimate frisbee. Language : English

We start selling frisbees of the brand "Jonny´s". We like to add a funny, easy to read and entertaining instruction manual. It is just 6 pages, 14,8x 14,8 cm.

The idea is to add something funny not a real sober instruction manual. Even so some tipps should be inside and throwing technics as well as some fundamental rules should be implemented.
